She looked like that. My little cousin found her dead today in the morning (when I was already working) on the floor of her cage.
No one said goodbye to her.
No one expected her to leave us today.
And...well, I'm feeling horrible. Guys, you don't freaking now how bad I feel right now, I can't get out of work until 5 hours more or so and I really want to get home to say goodbye to her.
I've cried the whole morning, I don't care if they see me like this at work.
I loved her so much even if I didn't talk about her. We sang together most of the time. She became friends with my dog after they had a rough begining.
She was with us for over 10 years or more.
Man. If you have pets (birds, cats, fish, hamsters, dogs...) LOVE them to death every day, say them you love them and try to give them the best life they can have. Give everything for them, they're living beings and they FEEL.
I'm so, so freaking sad.

At least we know that your bird is in a better place, and that she will never stop loving you. My condolensces go out to you
I have a pet turtle that I've had since I was 14, and he was just a hatchling then. But I care SO much about him. I resisted my parents when they wanted to get rid of him due to the fact that he is getting bigger and bigger. I care about him, and I will be so sad when its finally his time. I wish I could do more for him, like get him a better home since his tank is starting to get small, but the major obstacle in my way is my parents and the fact that I cant bring him to college
Is it the "all birds, fall dead!"-week? My birdie died this week too...
It's like losing an family member AND a best friend at once, isn't it?
Because for me it was... And it was the second one in less than a year!
I know how you feel. I wish I could get her back for you
jamas lo olvidaras porque se pajaro tubo un lugar en tu corazón.
