Take it slow, pepole. I know this is hard to deal with (well, for some of you XD) so please, please, please, read carefully.
Question/Answers time:
Q: Did you know this from the very first time?
A: Yes, yes we did. This is NOT something we just decided to come up with.
Q: Then why did you wait so long to reveal it?
A: We wanted to explore audience's reaction to their weird relationship, fortunately, a lot of them got it right. Even this part.
Q: Why did you decided to put them together?
A: Because they're Phienas' daughter and Ferb's son. Just for that simple fact they both CAN'T have average couples, their mates have to be special. And what is more special than this?
Q: Their families, what do they think?
A: That is a LONG story to be told. But, basically, Ferb and Vanessa always knew (and because of their own 'forbbiden' relationship they support their boy all the way), Isabella knew it latter but got happy because she loves Thomas too and she wants a special guy to be her daughter's boyfriend. Phineas...Phineas is so troubled. Not because it is about Thomas, mostly because he doesn't know how to handle Marie's feelings and also his own feelings about 'losing' his little girl.
But, at the end: they look for their children's happiness. End of the story (isn't that a parents' duty?) And the fact that Phineas goes with Ferb looking for advice, just puts them more together than ever. That's a lovely subplot we love to work on.

FIRST: Let me remind you Thomas and Marie have this big "STEP-cousins" business, they are NOT related by blood, and they have different lastnames for legal facts. But, let's check what laws, religion and psychology say about real-cousins relationships.
Laws

Religion
I talked with a priest who's friend of mine and he said that marriage between cousins at chatolic religion is totally ALLOWED. Even then: In Leviticus chapter 18 (KJV), God tells us that we are not to have sexual relations with the following:
any close relative (which you will clearly see does not include cousins), your mother, your father's wife, your sister, (whole or half) "whether she was born in the same home or elsewhere" (v.9)
your grandchild, the daughter of your father's wife (step-sister), your father's sister (aunt) "as she is your father's close relative", your mother's sister (aunt) "as she is your mother's close relative", your father's brother's wife (aunt), your son's wife, your brother's wife, with both a woman and her daughter, your wife's sister as a rival wife (to spite your first wife), during "uncleanness of her monthly period", with your neighbor's wife, with a member of the same sex; the Bible says "that is detestable", with an animal; the Bible refers to this as "a perversion"

Psychology
The closest relationship prevails - note that cousinship is not calculated between individuals when one is descended from the other, for example, two individuals are not called cousins if they are any degree of grandparent, parent and child. Also cousinship is not calculated between individuals of any degree of aunt/uncle and nephew/niece relationship to each other.

Aaaaand, the best part is that now we are allowed to show Marie's and Thomas' 'hidden' faces :'D Like Marie's solitude/hopelessness and Thomas' anger/jealous 'attacks'. So. Much. Fun.
Because everything about them is meant to be. No joke ._. we're scared about how things fit so perfectly, it's weird, our minds were so connected...and even then, Thomarie's story is so complicated, and sad, and complex and...sad XD

Jesus Christ, the haters need to take a chill pill about this. If people want to ship these two, so be it! It's a work of fiction and not real anyways. Saying we're not allowed to ship these two because it's "wrong" (even though it explicitly said that they are not related) is as dumb as saying I should get charged with a real speeding ticket for playing video games about street racing...
